Book recommended for learning Japanese?

I was sitting at Barnes & Noble in the magazine area reading, and nearby were the language books. The "for dummies" series had a number of different language books...Japanese included. If you don't have a B&N near you...try another bookstore or try your local library. All those Asian languages look hard to learn. Good Luck.
