What can be done to relieve the itchy symptoms of chicken pox in a 15 week baby??

My 15 week baby is unable to settle, constantly fidgeting and is covered in spots. He has had the usual paracetomol and I have used calamine and glycerin cream but wondered if anyone could suggest any other helpful hints to help settle him.
