Replacing my iPod Touch under warranty for battery reasons...?

if it is under warranty surely apple will replace your ipod and they will give a brand new one (same colour, model & memory) without any payment. if out of warranty also apple is having an option called battery exchange program. in that they will replace your ipod and u may need.to pay a small amount for it. as per my knowledge in india battery exchange price for ipod is 3.5k.
