Will there be a way to reverse/stop Ageing in humans?

Apparently scientists are now working on regenerating organs, using nano robots to fix damage, and other such things. I wish more than anything to live forever. The thought of growing old and dying utterly repels me. I am from a wealthy family and I would pay anything for immortality. Is there anything I can do to achieve this? Or to at least live several hundred years.
