Should I ask him out or not?

I think he likes me but I am not sure he was mistreating a girl not like ttoching or anything but he didnt really like her he just wanted a girlfriend but I think he really does like me !!! amm I being sucked into a trapp or in a second lying on his lap( does that rhyme)
