Accutane question? please read!?

So I took Accutane when I was 18 years old because I had severe acne since I was 12 years old. I had gone to a dermatologist since I was 12 and finally that's what we resorted to. It was life changing!! I'm now 25 and just had my first baby a month ago and my skin is still clear as can be. When I was actually on Accutane I had absolutely PERFECT skin; I had never experienced anything like it. Once I went off it would be a little oily and every once in a while I'd have a breakout or two but nothing even comparable to what my acne was like to begin with. I think I was on Accutane for one cycle, approximately 4-5 months long, then I just stopped and never had major problems since or had to go back to the dermatologist. It's okay, you can stop taking it. Besides, you don't want to be on it any longer than you need to be, just because it is a serious medication with serious side effects. My sister is 17 and has been on about 4 cycles of Accutane continuously, each for about 6 months because when she stops her face breaks out pretty badly so there is that possibility that it could come back but the only way you'll know is if you stop it.
