Has this member of Congress actually "hit the nail on the head" about Obama's eligibility to be president?

Seriously, so this brain dead Birther gets to look at his birth certificate. So what? I've seen it too. BTW, there is nothing illegal about dual-citizenship, I have dual citizenship too. The only qualification is "natural born" citizen.
