Travel to taiwan (Kaohsiung, Kenting, Taichung, Taipei, Taoyuan) for 10 days.?

Used to live in Taipei for 10 years. Places you mentioned are great but take the cheap train of bus. You could be surprised how in the big cities it is costly. eating at food stalls can be enjuoyable and the food is good. Cheap! Good luck.
