What do I do at this point :( is there anything?

Does it look like it has rabies? What kind of recording did it send you too? It sounds like a strange case, if I were you, I would keep calling animal control until they did something about it. Or even call 911, and tell them it has you trapped inside. They will send a unit out to distract the dog if nothing else. Good luck, I hope this doesnt go like Cujo!
