What earphones to buy!?

I got my brand new MP4 and I need suggestion what earphones to buy! I need some good clear sound, some b, and loudness. My budget would be till ~20$. Any suggestions? Also what is rated power, power handling capacity, maximum power input and impedance? Should I give attention to these?
