What if I decide I won't go along with the concept of "Leap Second" ?

Well I have to say I learned something new today. Although it's true - if you blow this off it'll be just like the lerfly effect ... sometime soon your tiny step of rebellion will snowball the world into utter chaos. None will survive, not even the "International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service" .... hence acheiving your original goal .... but at what a price!
