What size riser and hardware should I get for my skateboard with low trucks if I wanted to put on 60mm wheels?

I got a skateboard with low trucks. What is the best size riser to put on my board in order to get 60mm wheels on it without catching wheel bite? I was thinking either 1/4" or 1/2" but I'm not completely sure, maybe even 9/16" risers I really have no clue. Also what size hardware to get it on?
