What are they called and where can I buy them? I think there bra adhesives.?

I bought a bra on Victorias secret.com it's called the u plunge backless push up bra. It comes with these adhesive sides and it says it can only be wearable up to 25 times. What are they called and where can I buy them ? Victorias secret store carries them but I want to know if I can buy them somewhere else also. And information helps. Thankyou... Kahla : )
