I have a turkey with a broken leg. Should I put him down?

The turkey got out of his pen and a dog I had got ahold of her and she now has a broken leg. This happened three months ago. She hobbles around but the roosters "pick on her" as they can tell that she is injured. She can fly but generally always stays in the pen. Should I put her down? She doesn't appear to be in pain. Should I have the limb removed? Should I just leave her alone? I always put food in front of her so she doesn't have to move around to get to food and feed the chickens somewhere else in the pen or they will "beat her up" and take her food.
