Is wearing -2 prescription @ computer bad :(?

Wearing your gles makes you effectively normally sighted. Now ask yourself.........if I were normally sighted would I wear gles to make me short sighted when at your computer? That`s what NOT using your gles at the screen is equivalent to. Answer`s obvious isn`t it? Keep your gles on.
