Really need this answering about paypal!!!!!!!?

i ordered something off new look online using pay pal but it was a mistake. i looked on the new look terms and conditions and said that once the second email has been sent confirming the order you cannot cancel. but i did not recieve that email, so i sent them an email but noo reply, so then i decided to just cancel paypal cos i dont like it that much anyway and it said if you cancel pay pal the payments will be cancelled. and on new look webisite it says you wont be charged untill the order has been dispatched, but iv cancelled paypal so dus this mean the order wont be able to be completed??
