That's an awesome build. Good parts, and everything is compatible. Go with the Sabertooth P67. 2x HD 6950s in Crossfire will max just about every game out there on Highest settings. Since you're going with the 2500K, grab a good HSF for it. The 2500K does 4.5GHz pretty easy. I have mine clocked @ 4.5GHz on the Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3.
