What is a good full touch screen phone for AT&T?

Ok so my phone is going on the fritz and I need a new one but I can't get the extra $20-$30 a month for media/internet, so it can't require that. It has to be AT&T and I want a full touch screen. Now I was thinking about the LG VU (view) and I think its kinda ugly so I'm not sure. Please give as much info as possible and try to keep the phone under $100.
